Returns Policy

30-day right to return — UK customers. Last updated: 2026.

The short version

  • You have 30 days from the day you receive your phone to return it for a full refund.
  • Phones must be returned in the original sealed box with all supplied accessories.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
  • Faulty or damaged on arrival? We cover return postage and either replace or refund in full.

Your legal right to cancel (14 days)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your phone. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Our 30-day promise

We voluntarily extend the statutory 14-day cancellation window to 30 days. If you change your mind for any reason within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we'll process a full refund.

Consumer Rights Act 2015

Every phone we sell is brand new, sealed and unlocked, and comes with the manufacturer's UK warranty. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your phone is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose:

  • Within 30 days: full refund.
  • 31 days – 6 months: repair or replacement; refund if that fails.
  • 6 months – 24 months: covered by the manufacturer's warranty and our 2-year guarantee.

Condition of returned items

To receive a full refund, the phone must be returned in the same condition you received it — unused, in the original sealed box, with all accessories (charging cable, SIM tool where supplied, documentation) and any protective films intact. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by unnecessary handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

How to return your phone

  1. Email returns@superdealphones.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll email you a prepaid returns label (free for faulty items; postage deducted from refund for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise agreed).
  3. Pack the phone securely in its original box, attach the label, and drop it at any Royal Mail post office.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the phone, we'll issue your refund within 14 days to the original payment method.

Exclusions

This policy applies to UK consumer purchases only. It does not affect your statutory rights. Business (B2B) orders are covered by separate terms — please contact us before ordering.
